How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time using either method below. The process is instant — no phone call, no retention form.

Option A — From your account (recommended)

1Go to your BeatLink dashboard
2Navigate to Settings → Billing
3Click "Cancel Subscription"
4Confirm your cancellation
5A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address

Option B — By email

Send a cancellation request to support@beatlink.io with the subject line "Cancel my subscription" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 24 hours and send you a confirmation.

Your subscription is cancelled the moment you confirm — no waiting period, no additional charges.

What Happens After Cancellation

Cancellation is immediate
Your subscription is cancelled the moment you confirm.
Full access until end of period
You retain access to all your plan's features until the last day of your current billing period — no interruption.
Downgrade to Free plan
Once your billing period ends, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan.
Your data is preserved
Scan history and saved artists remain intact. You can reactivate at any time and pick up where you left off.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact support@beatlink.io separately.

Free Trial Cancellation

If you are within your 3-day free trial period, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged anything.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before your 3-day trial expires. Once the trial ends and the first payment is processed, the standard refund policy applies.

Refund Policy

As a general rule, subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. This is standard practice for SaaS services where access to the full feature set is granted immediately upon activation.

EU / EEA right of withdrawal

Users residing in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. However, by activating your subscription and accessing the Service, you expressly acknowledge that performance has begun and waive this right, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and equivalent provisions in other EU member states.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered in the following case:

  • Documented technical failure: If a technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the Service during your billing period, contact support@beatlink.io with details. Refunds in such cases are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
For any refund inquiry, email support@beatlink.io with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 48 hours.

Reactivating Your Subscription

Changed your mind? You can reactivate a Gold or Platinum plan at any time from Settings → Billing or the Upgrade page.

  • Your previous scan history and saved artists will be fully intact
  • No penalty or reactivation fee
  • You will be charged the standard monthly rate from the date of reactivation
  • A new 3-day free trial is not available upon reactivation — it is a one-time offer per account
